How Quickly Does Potafast Relieve Pain?

Potafast can begin relieving pain in as little as 15 minutes. For migraine relief, take one 50 mg sachet as soon as you notice the first symptoms of a migraine attack. 

Maximum Daily Dosage:

- Adults: 3 sachets per day in divided doses (1 × 3).

- Children (14+ years): 1 to 2 sachets per day.

If pain relief is insufficient after approximately two hours, you may take another 50 mg sachet. You may continue with additional 50 mg doses every 6–8 hours, but do not exceed 150 mg (3 sachets) within 24 hours.

How many sachets in a day?

  • Adults: Max daily dose is 3 sachets (150 mg Diclofenac Potassium) divided into 3 separate doses, 6–8 hours apart.
  • Children ≥ 14 years: Max dose is 2 sachets (100 mg) divided into 2 doses, 8–12 hours apart.
