How Potafast should be used and its dosage is determined on an individual basis by your doctor based on the severity of your condition; follow directions given to you by your doctor carefully. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose or duration of treatment prescribed by your doctor.
Potafast is recommended to be used for short durations, typically 3 days.
The maximum daily dose of Potafast for adults is 150mg per day in divided doses (3 x 50mg sachets)
For children over 14 years of age 50-100 mg per day. The daily dose should always be divided into 1-2 doses.
For menstrual pain, start treatment with a dose of 50-100 mg as soon as the discomfort first appears. If needed, continue treatment for a few days with 50 mg up to 3 times a day.
For migraines, start by taking one 50 mg Potafast sachet as soon as the first symptoms of a migraine attack appear. If the pain relief after around two hours is not sufficient, you may take another 50 mg sachet. If needed, you may take further 50 mg doses 6-8 hours apart, not exceeding the maximum dose of 150 mg (3 × 50 mg sachets) within 24 hours.
Active ingredients:
1 sachet containing 50 mg of diclofenac potassium.
Excipients:
1 sachet containing 50 mg of aspartame (E951), saccharin sodium, mannitol, mint and anise flavoring, potassium hydrogen carbonate and glyceryl dibehenate.

Potafast can start pain relief in as little as 15 minutes.
The maximum daily dose is 150mg, which means 3 sachets.
Children over 14 years of age can use Potafast under the doctor's instructions.
If you are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, you should only take Potafast after having consulted your doctor. Potafast should not be taken in the last trimester of pregnancy.
Potafast should not be taken while breastfeeding unless specifically authorized by your doctor.
Potafast has been proven to not cause such undesired effects when used for short durations.
